Refusing or failing to provide required documentation may leave your attorney unable to help you, as very often, you are the sole means by which the attorney can access required evidence. Courtesy means treating the attorney and the JLWILG team with respect. Remember, we are on your side and we share a very powerful common adversary in your case – the U.S. federal government. If we do not work cooperatively, we cannot be successful in your case.

Each case is unique and may require different amounts of time for completion, but we are committed to ensuring that we do everything in our power to avoid unnecessary delays.
